Terms and policies

These terms apply to consultations with Similia Homoeo Clinix™, 18 China Centre, The Mall, Abbottabad 22010, Pakistan, in person or online. By booking a consultation you accept them.

Who we serve

Consultations are provided by the Similia team in Abbottabad: in person at the clinic, and online for patients in Pakistan and around the world. It is not possible for us to verify the legal status of homeopathy in every country; patients outside Pakistan must confirm that online homeopathic consultation, and importing remedies for personal use, are permitted where they live. Children are seen with a parent or guardian, who consents on their behalf.

Fees

The online consultation package is set out on our fees page. Fees cover consultation only; medicines are charged separately. Once a prescription has been issued, the consultation fee is due and non-refundable, even if you later decide not to use the medicines.

Nature of care

Consultation is voluntary and is provided with care, to the best of our knowledge and ability. No result or cure can be guaranteed. Our care does not replace diagnosis or treatment by a medical doctor, and we will never ask you to stop prescribed treatment.

Safety

Like any remedy, homeopathic products can occasionally cause unwanted effects or interact with other medicines. Report any new or unusual symptom to us immediately. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital.

Accuracy of information

Online consultations do not include a physical examination, so advice depends on the information you give us. Please answer questions fully and truthfully.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Similia Homoeo Clinix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a consultation or from use of this website.

What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, phone, email, address), the health information you share for your consultation, and records of appointments, payments and orders.

How we use it

Only to provide your consultation and follow-up, prepare and send medicines, communicate with you, and meet legal record-keeping duties. We do not sell personal or health information, and we never use health information for marketing.

Who we share it with

Only what is necessary: couriers to deliver medicines, and banks, money-transfer services or mobile-wallet providers to process payments. Staff access records only when needed for your care.

The request form

The appointment request form sends your details by email to the clinic. Nothing is stored on this website. Please share only a brief description in the form; we collect your full case history after booking.

Research

Your information is used for research only with your separate, informed consent, after it has been anonymized. You can withdraw at any time without affecting your care.

Keeping and deleting records

Records are kept as long as needed for your care and legal requirements, then securely deleted or anonymized. You may ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us.

International patients

If you contact us from outside Pakistan, your information is processed in Pakistan, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Children

Consultations for anyone under 18 are booked and attended by a parent or guardian, who consents on the child’s behalf.

We send medicines within Pakistan and to the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Australia, India and the Middle East. If your country is not listed, contact us before ordering.

Orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days of confirmation. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days within Pakistan and 7 to 21 business days internationally after dispatch; these are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping charges depend on destination, weight and courier and are confirmed before dispatch. Where the courier provides tracking, we share the tracking number.

Customs and import rules. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import restrictions, which are the customer’s responsibility. Some countries restrict personal imports of homeopathic remedies: please check your country’s rules before ordering. We are not responsible for parcels delayed, seized or destroyed by customs. Medicines can also be collected from the clinic in Abbottabad.
